There are multiple types of companies may be formed Belize. These include the following:
Limited and unlimited companies,
Private and public companies,
Trust Corporations,
Reconstruction and Development Corporation,
International Business Corporations,
Protected Cell Companies,
Development Finance Corporation,
North Ambergris Caye Development Corporation,
Limited liability companies (LLCs).
