In 2002 and 2003 I wrote a chapter for an International Tax Law book on doing business in Belize. The chapter was to be fairly comprehensive at the time. As of this posting of this about page, I currently do not have the entire chapter loaded up to this website. I plan to correct that soon. I migrated the chapter from a different host a year ago, and ran into some technical difficulty which I have just now gotten around to fixing.
I hold LLM in International Taxation from St Thomas University Law School. I work as a business developer and consultant on a wide range of affairs from business organization, realignment, sales, marketing, Internet solutions, financial planning and much more. My tax law work is only an aspect of my experience and education. I am not an attorney but I am an accountant and financial planner from time to time.
